We are good neighbours during construction and for the future

We are very aware that new developments or any building work causes concern to our neighbours and as long term investors we want to generate good relationships with all our neighbours from day 1. We are not like speculative developers we will be part of the community for the foreseeable future.

That means we want to impact anyone living close to us as little as possible, however we know that our building activities can be affect others and that means we have to all possible to restrict that impact.

Our site and our contractors will be part of the independent Considerate Construction Scheme more details in the panels to the right.

The usual site impacts are noise, dust, parking and deliveries. From tender stage we attack all these with silenced plant, dust suppression, wheel washers, road cleaning, considerate parking, timed deliveries with engines turned off while waiting. The site will be fully fenced and the only access will be through the main gate. Our contractors will be polite at all times, wear suitable clothing and work to create a positive attitude.

We have a structured complaints procedure starting with the Site Agent, then Options for Homes and finally the Considerate Construction Scheme itself. However, our aim is to resolve all complaints at the time they are made.
